Our activities include incident reduction, major incident governance, problem acceleration, change assurance and disaster recovery readiness. We act as a central coordination function, working across internal teams and external vendors to ensure a resilient and reliable production environment.You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and operational health of our global infrastructure estate. You will work closely with the regional Production Managers and various technology teams to coordinate day-to-day operational activities, assist in managing incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
