The Global Passive Operations function sits within the COO organization and plays a pivotal role as the operational backbone of the Passive business. We partner closely with Passive Portfolio Management, Product, Capital Markets, Operations, and Technology, ensuring seamless execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the full investment lifecycle.
Role DetailsAs an Assistant Portfolio Management - Senior Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Up to 3 years of experience in the asset management industry
- Solid knowledge of equity and fixed income instruments, including derivatives
- Advanced Excel skills and strong capability in analysing and presenting complex data
- VBA and Python skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take the initiative to resolve issues
- A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp new topics
- Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced, international environment
