Corporate Title: Analyst
The BPRE team at Deutsche Numis is one of the largest sectors from a UK client coverage perspective, with 24 listed corporate clients and an average market cap of £1.6 billion. As a sector team of 10 investment bankers, Deutsche Numis BPRE has raised £6 billion in equity and advised on £7 billion of M&A since 2017. We have strong deal flow across capital raising and M&A transactions.
You will work within a high-performing sector coverage team at Deutsche Numis, with opportunities to collaborate across the wider Deutsche Bank platform, including EMEA Industrials and Real Estate sector teams and product teams.

Your key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on equity story positioning, fundraising, M&A, and defence
- Support M&A, ECM, and other transaction processes, liaising with clients, internal teams, regulators, and advisers
- Develop technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and sector analysis
- Coordinate and produce marketing materials for clients and sponsors
- Service clients effectively, communicating clearly and delivering solutions
- Engage with broader Deutsche Numis and Deutsche Bank teams to deliver client value
Your skills and experience
- Experience in Industrials or Real Estate sectors preferred but not required
- Relevant experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- Strong financial modelling and transactional skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present effectively to clients and senior executives
- Creative problem-solving skills and cross-product opportunity awareness
- Team-oriented with analytical rigor and dynamism
