AMS is the world’s leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Team Assistant for a 6 month contract based in London, 4 days per week in the office.

As a Team Assistant for the GFX Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dynamic and high-stakes trading environment. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating calendars and schedules for Senior Desk Heads to ensure efficient time management and prioritisation of engagements.
  • Handling all aspects of meeting preparation, including scheduling, collating agendas and materials, and printing necessary documents.
  • Working directly with traders to address their administrative needs, providing timely and accurate support to facilitate their trading activities.
  • Planning and booking detailed travel itineraries for team members, ensuring minimal disruption to their schedules.
  • Coordinating IT requests and managing the onboarding process for new employees to minimise setup time.
  • Proactively offering administrative support for project work and ad hoc activities, such as organising large-scale team meetings, internal and external lunches, and dinners.
  • Collaborating with the wider assistant pool to ensure that support needs are covered during vacations and other absences.
