On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a ServiceNow Transformation Delivery Lead for a 6 month contract based in London with remote working available (Hybrid).
Purpose of the role:
Deutsche Bank is entering a critical next phase of its ServiceNow transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration and transformation of key legacy Deutsche Bank ServiceNow processes onto our strategic ServiceNow platform.
This is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in modernising the bank’s technology landscape by driving the transition of legacy processes, reducing technical debt, standardising operations, and maximising the value of our ServiceNow investment.
The successful candidate will lead complex transformation initiatives spanning Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), End-to-End process integration, EB4P, Patch Management, Cloud Workflows, and related enterprise workflows, ensuring alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and ServiceNow best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery of Phase 2 ServiceNow transformation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes against scope, timelines, and budget.
- Migrate legacy Deutsche Bank ServiceNow processes and capabilities onto the strategic ServiceNow platform.
- Partner with process owners and SMEs to standardise, simplify, and optimise workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
- Drive transformation across: Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset, Management (HAM), End-to-End process integration, EB4P, Patch Management and Cloud Workflows.
- Work with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Oversee solution design, testing, deployment, and migration activities.
- Manage key stakeholders, delivery partners, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead change management, communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Provide governance reporting and updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
The skills you’ll need:
- Significant project management experience delivering large-scale technology transformation, platform migration, or ServiceNow programmes within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, including experience delivering or transforming, Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) , Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Patch Management, Cloud Workflows, Orchestration / Flow Designer and Enterprise workflow solutions.
- Proven experience migrating legacy processes and data to modern enterprise platforms.
- Strong background in business process analysis, optimisation, and transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders across diverse functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a structured, data‑driven approach.
- Experience leading organisational change, communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, and controls within a regulated environment.
