AMS is the world’s leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes. We are looking for a RFP Business Analyst for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

As RFP Business Analyst you will work in vendor selection processes, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and organisational security posture. You will assist in leading the end-to-end RFP process, including requirements gathering, tender documentation, vendor evaluation, scoring matrices, and final recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and technical teams to ensure compliance and value-for-money outcomes in RFP engagements.
  • Analyse and document current state and future state security configuration management processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance system hardening, compliance, and operational visibility.
  • Support vulnerability management initiatives by eliciting business requirements for tooling, reporting, remediation workflows, and risk prioritisation models.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, cybersecurity, and technology teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, use cases, and data flow diagrams to support solution design and implementation.
  • Work closely with risk, compliance, and audit teams to ensure that all requirements adhere to internal and regulatory security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, FCA).
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in a Business Analyst role within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Extended experience in managing and reviewing RFP tenders, vendor responses, and leading stakeholder engagements during procurement cycles.
  • Strong understanding of security configuration management (e.g., CIS benchmarks, system hardening policies).
  • Exposure to or experience with vulnerability management tools and processes (e.g., Tenable, ServiceNow, Armis, Brinqa etc).
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and controls (e.g., Google, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as FCA, PRA, GDPR, and DORA.

This client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model. AMS’s payroll service is in partnership with Giant, we have worked with them for many years and have good processes in place to ensure you get the best service. If you are successful in your application for this role, your contract will be via Giant.
