On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Programme Manager for a 6-month contract, based in the bank’s London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

The Programme Manager will join the newly formed FIC Sales Technology team, responsible for leading and coordinating a portfolio of strategic initiatives within a Front Office Technology environment.
This role will act as the central point of coordination across multiple projects, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder communication and delivery execution, working closely with the Head of Sales Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects and workstreams within the Front Office Sales Technology function.
- Develop, maintain and track programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Provide structure, governance and transparency across programme activities, enabling effective decision-making and prioritisation.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and programme outcomes and supporting senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, helping to resolve issues and remove delivery blockers.
- Drive programme governance processes, including risk management, dependency management and progress tracking.
- Support change initiatives by ensuring that project outcomes are implemented effectively across the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications required
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager managing multiple concurrent projects within a complex technology or change environment.
- Strong experience within Front Office environment holding experience within investment banking, capital markets, or global markets environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across both business and technology functions, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing programme governance, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Experience working alongside stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in evolving environments.
- Desired Skills
- Experience in Fixed Income and Currencies.
- Exposure to AI-related initiatives.
