AMS is the world’s leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service, partner with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes.

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a PMO for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple GSA teams and their clients to articulate business priorities, structure their Books of Work (BoW), prepare prioritisation discussions and drive prioritisation decisions.
  • Support the design and lead the implementation of an automated process for managing capacity of resources across the full GSA portfolio.
  • Lead the data requirements to enable the retrieval of data from multiple sources (with validation), display of data via presentations and web pages for slice and dice views to be consumed by key stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight and control to ensure benefit case and KPIs in dbClarity and are of a good quality and reporting is transparent to senior stakeholders.
  • Ownership of the underlying data (resource and BoW) to support discussions with GSA’s clients the prioritization of the BoW, the key deliverables, yearly planning and key concerns.
  • Ensure the allocation keys / charge backs for costs are appropriate across the GSA change portfolio by working with key stakeholders.
  • Provide materials to support annual budget requests (Investment Governance) for programmes within the portfolio.
  • You will be required to respond quickly to frequent requests and communicate clearly with impacted stakeholder.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient / expert in use of Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Suite including excel, powerpoint, Word, SharePoint.
  • Be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise information.
  • Understanding of project methodology and agile methodology.
  • Knowledge and experience in a Technology Team and dbClarity.
