On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager for a 6 month contract based in London with remote work available (Hybrid).
Purpose of the role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Control Tower functions. You will be responsible for delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery, streamline IT operations, improve operational visibility, and drive efficiency across the enterprise.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Now Assist across ITSM, ITOM and Control Tower functions, ensuring successful implementation, adoption and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders, process owners and SMEs to identify, prioritise and deliver high value AI and automation use cases that enhance service management and IT operations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams to define requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow AI solutions aligned to business needs.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and achieves agreed objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and executive reporting, providing clear communication on progress, risks, opportunities and benefits realisation.
- Lead change management and user adoption activities, including communications, training and business readiness, to maximise value from Now Assist capabilities.
- Champion continuous improvement by leveraging ServiceNow innovation, Generative AI and ITSM/ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency, visibility and user experience.
The skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering complex technology and transformation projects within large enterprise environments, with a strong track record of successful project outcomes.
- Strong ServiceNow expertise, particularly across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue and Knowledge Management.
- Good understanding of Generative AI and AI-powered service management solutions, with an interest in applying emerging technologies to drive operational improvements.
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and frameworks, with ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience leading change, adoption and business readiness activities for new technologies and ways of working.
- Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, Agile or ServiceNow are desirable.
- Experience within Financial Services is advantageous.
