Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Integration SME

Location: London

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Integration SME for a 6 month contract based in London. (Hybrid Working)

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the EUC Security & Compliance owner for ServiceNow transformation, integration and platform-readiness activities.
  • Maintain an integration inventory covering legacy dbServiceNow, internal systems, asset and CMDB sources, endpoint tools, reporting platforms and third parties.
  • Capture and govern business, control, reporting, data and workflow requirements through design, build, test and implementation.
  • Map legacy capabilities to the target platform, identify gaps and dependencies, and ensure critical functionality is retained or replaced.
  • Define acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT, govern defects and provide EUC readiness recommendations for releases and migration.
  • Drive workflow simplification, automation, reporting improvements and a prioritised future-enhancement backlog.
  • Maintain decision logs, traceability, risk and dependency records, and audit-ready evidence for platform governance.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Strong ServiceNow platform, integration and transformation experience.
  • Knowledge of HAM, CSDM, ITAM, CMDB, workflows, data and reporting design.
  • Data analytics & reporting.
  • Experience of SAM within ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing complex internal, legacy and third-party integrations.
  • Strong requirements, process-mapping, traceability, UAT and defect-governance capability.
  • Experience representing business and control requirements in large transformation programmes.
