On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an IT Asset Management Quality Assurance & Reporting Governance Lead for a 6 month contract based in London. (Hybrid Working)

Key responsibilities
- Establish data quality standards across asset inventory, CMDB, lifecycle, ownership, hardware and software records.
- Reconcile and assure data across Service Now, endpoint-management, discovery, procurement and inventory sources.
- Own KPI, KCI and dashboard standards, including definitions, scope, exclusions, lineage, ownership and evidence.
- Provide assurance over asset lifecycle, inventory, discovery, reconciliation, disposal and missing-asset controls.
- Deliver executive insight on data quality, compliance, lifecycle exposure, service health and remediation progress.
- Maintain a continuous-improvement backlog covering automation, process simplification, analytics and evidence quality.
- Support audit, risk and regulatory reviews with traceable, repeatable and audit-ready reporting.
Skills and qualifications required
- Strong IT Asset Management, CMDB and asset-lifecycle governance experience, regulatory reporting.
- Expertise in data quality, reporting, analytics and dashboard governance.
- Experience with Service Now and enterprise endpoint or discovery platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data, challenge quality and drive corrective action.
- Experience in data analytics, validation and system and process testing.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, risk or regulatory activity.
- Excellent executive communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.
