Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partners with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an Information Security Reporting Analyst/Engineer for a 6 month contract based in the bank’s London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review available PAM Reports, determine gaps, areas for improvements, alignments required to latest policies etc.
- Review Audit Findings relevant to reporting and determine gaps and remediations required.
- Work with PAM management & reporting engineers & RADAR Team in order to design and implement changes to existing PAM reports and/or create new reports.
- Create and maintain project management plans.
- Create and maintain RACI matrixes – stakeholder lists.
- Create all tasks, milestones and deliverables.
- Work with vendors to create/agree Statements of Work.
- Liaise with procurement on contract management and invoicing.
- Liaise with Chief of Staff to maintain the project financials.
- Review risks and issues by assessing their impact on the Business Case.
- Ensure project adheres to the Risk & Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Management processes as outlined in the Change Governance Framework.
- Track the progress of Key Performance Indicators on a fortnightly basis against the baseline.
- Capture Lessons Learned as per the frequency agreed in the project management plan.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Overall experience of 8-10 years in an IT Project Management role, preferably related to IT Security and/or Privileged Access Management.
- Expert knowledge of the topics of Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access Management.
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experienced in managing Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.
- Expert knowledge of CyberArk, Unix, Windows, Cloud (GCP and Azure) and Oracle/MSSQL Technologies.
- Expert knowledge of SQL Query Language, ETL and data management.
- Prior exposure to Financial services will be highly beneficial.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Information Security concepts.
