AMS is the world’s leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with Deutsche Bank to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a HRBP for an initial 6 month contract based in the bank’s Moorefield London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home, on a PAYE day rate engagement.

The job will be very delivery focused and will work alongside the HR BAs who support this business area.
Key Responsibilities- Drives organisational change initiatives and new organisational models, restructuring, severance programs, near shoring, off shoring and cost focused deliverables.
- Partners with the business to define and translate business needs into a workforce strategy.
- Drives the global year-end compensation process, ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion and compensation processes.
- Coaches managers around leading regional teams, living the values and driving appropriate culture change.
- Drives/supports the diversity agenda through senior manager engagement to ensure diversity is embedded into all HR practices.
- Drives the talent management and succession management agenda. Through succession planning sessions, talent reviews and business strategy understanding, supports the business in identifying employee skills/development gaps and recommends training/development actions with centres of excellence development, promoting and enabling greater career mobility.
- Employee Relations case work.
- Strong commercial and business acumen – understands the division and wider Bank operations as well as the external market environment.
- Ability to turn business strategy into a people strategy within the HR frameworks available.
- Strong change management, organisation design and consulting capability.
- Experience of partnering and coaching at a senior management level.
- Project management experience including the ability to analyse data and use it to drive a people agenda.
- Significant HRBP/Advisory experience.
