On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a EUC Asset Management Workplace Tech Lead for a 6 month contract based in London. (Hybrid Working)

Key responsibilities

  • Govern the end-to-end asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment through operational use, refresh, retirement and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate ownership, location, support, lifecycle and configuration records across asset repositories and the CMDB.
  • Define KPI, KCI and reporting standards for asset health, inventory accuracy, lifecycle exposure, compliance and service performance.
  • Coordinate remediation of missing, duplicated, unsupported, unassigned or non-compliant assets with engineering, operations and regional teams.
  • Provide governance for service readiness, supported baselines, exceptions and operational health across all in-scope asset classes.
  • Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across asset processes, reporting, controls and supplier delivery.
  • Maintain risk, exception and control evidence for audit, security, compliance and regulatory reviews.

Skills and qualifications required

  • Strong IT Asset Management, CMDB and end-to-end asset-lifecycle governance experience.
  • Experience governing diverse workplace technologies and shared-device services.
  • Control Frameworks & regulatory compliance e. g. DORA.
  • COBIT and ITAM experience.
  • Experience with Service Now, enterprise discovery, endpoint-management and inventory platforms.
  • Strong understanding of refresh, support, compliance, disposal and inventory-control processes.
