Responsibilities
- Train preparation – shunting and marshalling.
- Train dispatch.
- Problem solving on the ground.
- Railway yard management.
- Ensuring safe operations of trains.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Located within a 60‑minute commute of the hub location.
- Highly motivated and committed to the role.
- Flexible approach to shift working, including unsociable hours.
