Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verantwortest das Lohnsteuer-Tax Compliance Management System im DB Konzern und gewährleistest die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Überwachung und Wirksamkeit der Tax CMS Standards (in enger Abstimmung mit der Konzernsteuerabteilung).
- Zudem baust du ein effektives Sozialversicherungs-Compliance Management System auf und stellst eine enge Verzahnung mit der Entgeltabrechnung sicher.
- Du steuerst Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungs-Audits und stellst die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen sowie konzerninternen Compliance-Anforderungen sicher.
- Ebenfalls berätst du die Fachbereiche, die DB Konzerngesellschaften und die Leitung des DB Personalservice in allen Fragen der Payroll Tax Compliance.
- Du erarbeitest Governance-Vorgaben zur steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bewertung der im DB-Konzern gezahlten Entgelte und gewährst damit die termin- und sachgerechte Abführung der Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsbeiträge.
- Die Entwicklung von legal tech-Lösungen für die Bereiche Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung unter Anwendung von legal design-Grundsätzen runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab.
Dein Profil:
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts-, Steuer- oder Verwaltungswissenschaften.
- Zudem überzeugst du mit fundierten Compliance-Kenntnissen und weist ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für gesetzliche, steuerliche und regulatorische Anforderungen auf.
- Darüber hinaus bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung, Compliance und Entgeltabrechnung mit.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Personalthemen- und -prozesse bringst du ebenfalls mit.
