Lead and accelerate the growth of Deuba’s UK eCommerce business across key B2C marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel via our proprietary online shop. This role encompasses full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational execution to drive revenue and profitability.
Experience / skills required:
Minimum Qualifications: ·
- 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience in the UK, especially with Amazon and other major B2C marketplaces.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing and optimising performance marketing with strong focus on ROI.
- Experience with eCommerce tools and performance dashboards.
- Industry experience in Home Improvement or Garden products is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- ·Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality with strategic thinking and execution power.
- Analytical mindset; confident in using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
- Develop and implement the UK eCommerce strategy in alignment with Deuba’s global objectives, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
- Own the UK eCommerce P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and efficient budget allocation.
- Conduct market analysis to inform long-term growth strategies and portfolio decisions.
Marketplace & D2C Channel Management
- Oversee daily operations across Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide local market insights to the D2C online shop team enhancing user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
- Steering performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces and the D2C channel, focusing on ROI and customer acquisition.
- Working alongside the Head of Online Shop to ensure cohesion between channels in UK and the overarching marketing/promotion strategy.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to forecast stock requirements and manage supply chains.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead the UK B2C team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion & Innovation
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive growth
