Our client is a leading US Financial firm on Wall Street, who are expanding their Prime Brokerage business in Europe and they are looking for a Middle Office expert to support this business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting Equity Swap Financing desk with their Funder tasks – margin, resets etc.
- Helping build out new Middle Office support function for Cash PB
- Subject Matter Expert across trade lifecycle for Equities
- Daily Management of client related functions including trade allocation, amendments & client queries
- Client onboarding support including portfolio wrapper set up and reporting configuration
- Streamline booking workflow through automation and process review
- Drive initiatives to improve the activities and offering of the PB franchise
- Build/manage relationships with internal stakeholders
- Deliver a seamless client experience and operational flow
REQUIRED SKILLSET
- Strong understanding of Equity Swaps
- Knowledge of Equities working in a Prime Middle Office or Buy Side firm
- Experience managing trade flows and reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills, working closely to support Client Services
- Knowledge of Futures & Options would be beneficial but not essential
- Responsible, proactive and positive mindset
