The Construction Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new customer opportunities. Working within the Construction sector, the BDM will identify prospects, build strong customer relationships, and secure new business aligned to DeterTech’s strategic objectives. This role is to cover the South region.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and secure new corporate and national accounts within the Construction sector.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through proactive market engagement and strategic prospecting.

- Act as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for assigned customers.
