The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a specific focus on utilising Marketing Cloud Next features to elevate our personalisation and automation strategies. You will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring seamless data integration and highly targeted audience engagement. - Journey Orchestration: Utilise Journey Builder to map out and execute sophisticated lifecycle journeys, trigger-based campaigns, and real-time customer interactions.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Integration: Business Process owner for marketing within the wider company CRM management. Maintain and optimise the integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) to ensure seamless data flow, accurate segmentation, and robust lead management.
- Data & Segmentation: Build targeted subscriber lists, data extensions, and audience segments. Utilise SQL queries and Einstein AI features within SFMC to optimise audience targeting.
- Personalisation & Dynamic Content: Implement advanced personalisation frameworks using AMPscript and dynamic content blocks to deliver tailored experiences at scale.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs) using Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) or native reporting tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content layouts, send times, and user journeys to maximise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Salesforce Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including a strong understanding of how CRM data interacts with marketing automation tools.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and managing Data Extensions. Familiarity with AMPscript for dynamic content personalisation. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data segmentation and querying. Understanding of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to work closely with multiple teams, stakeholders and senior leaders of the business. Bring together teams and lead on strategic initiatives to drive demand into the business.
