DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic commercial executive to join our growing sales team. The Lead Generator will be responsible for generating and confirming qualified leads to pass onto our sales teams and convert to appointments. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and a confident communicator, comfortable in a telesales role. They will support the sales teams by providing customer and market research and analysis and maintain excellent customer relationships. As well as representing the company and its solutions, they will be able to deal with complaints effectively and appropriately to ensure we maintain customer satisfaction and learn from any mistakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and operations to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Effectively communicate and present the DeterTech solution and value proposition to customers
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Achieving sales lead generator and appointment quotas
- 2+ years’ experience with lead generation and marketing automation software including proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable
- Proven track record achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas
- Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required
- Proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
