Project Administrator (UK)

Detego Global is on the lookout for a Project Administrator to join our Engineering and Product Management function. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work directly alongside our Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and Department Heads, providing the administrative backbone that enables our teams to focus on delivery and client outcomes. This role sits at the heart of the department, touching everything from project tooling and scheduling to compliance documentation and recruitment coordination. Reports to: Project Manager Place of Work: Hybrid Remote/Office in Horsham Compensation: Responsibilities and Duties: The Project Administrator provides essential coordination and administrative support across multiple concurrent projects and client engagements. Working closely with the Project Management team, this role ensures the operational backbone of the department runs efficiently and effectively. Their responsibilities will include: Project Management Support Assist the Project Managers with the day-to-day management of multiple products and client engagements running simultaneously. Track project progress, capture key actions and decisions, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
