In this dynamic position, you’ll:
- Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and customer data in CRM systems. Track opportunities, pipeline status, and reporting metrics for management. Assist with preparation and process of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Customer Engagement: Provide order acknowledgements and delivery confirmation. Respond to client inquiries and provide product/service information. Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support. Handle after-sales service requests and warranty documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
