Role Description

This is a full-time Field Services Engineer role.

The Field Services Engineer will install, commission, and maintain detection and screening equipment at customer sites, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with operational standards.

Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and providing technical support both in person and remotely.

The role involves conducting routine equipment inspections, documenting service activities, and preparing clear service reports.

The Field Services Engineer will work closely with customers to explain system operation, provide basic user training, and ensure a professional, safety-focused service experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment maintenance.
