The Sprinkler Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
  • Competence in reviewing technical blueprints, providing on-site troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with project specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in fire safety, sprinkler systems, or construction
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, Constructionline, and SSIP or CQMS certifications is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address client needs professionally
  • A valid UK driver’s license is required
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Midlands region
