Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands-on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Bridgend area — keeping your days varied and on the move. We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9-day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you. This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £33,487, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

Skills and experience needed:
- City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing (or significant experience)
- Practical experience in plumbing, ideally in domestic settings
- Confidence working in people’s homes with a professional, courteous approach
- Willingness to support other trades (e.g., basic carpentry, plastering, brickwork)
- Flexible, positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
- Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems – but not essential.
