About the role
As part of the Estates & Environment team, you will support the delivery of essential services that help keep our neighbourhoods and estates safe, clean, and well maintained. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by providing administrative support, managing information effectively, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your contribution will help Codi Group continue to deliver excellent customer service, maintain compliance, and achieve key performance targets.

- Variety: You’ll be involved in a range of tasks, from scheduling and liaising with stakeholders to managing databases and ensuring compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, customers, suppliers, and contractors, contributing to a positive, solution-focused environment.
- Skill Building: This is a great opportunity to develop your administrative, organisational, and communication skills in a supportive setting.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Experience: You’ve worked in a busy office environment, providing administrative support and dealing with customers and stakeholders.
- Skills: You’re organised, a strong communicator and confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook. You can work under pressure, use your initiative and have a good eye for detail.
- Qualifications: You’ll need GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Bonus: Experience in social housing and knowledge of buildings, communal estates, maintenance terminology or health and safety within an estates environment would be an advantage. A full driving licence is also desirable
