The predicted salary is between 34000 - 45000 £ per year.
You'll be playing a key role in driving the implementation of our new sustainability strategy and our six strategic sustainability ambitions. You'll be coordinating and delivering sustainability reporting activities for the Group and helping to drive improvements in measurement and reporting of our organisation's impact. You'll be raising the profile of sustainability across the Group, collaborating with colleagues at all levels to deliver improved sustainability outcomes. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive, and innovative team with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and experience.
As Sustainability Officer, you'll take a key role in the Sustainability team. You'll be working closely with colleagues from across the business supporting them to implement our new sustainability strategy and driving meaningful positive change.

What are the pay and benefits:
- Hybrid role based in Cardiff, Newport, or Swansea. Your role will involve working throughout South Wales.
- Working days are predominantly Monday to Friday with the option to work a compressed 9-day fortnight.
- 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays, rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
- Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks.
- Paternity Leave: 3 weeks.
- The exact salary is £39,722 for a 37-hour full-time permanent position.
