This is a permanent, full-time position working 37 hours per week. This role offers a mix of home, office, and leaseholder site-based working. While the position is agile, you will be required to attend regular team meetings and leaseholder meetings as part of the role.

As a Management Accountant – Leaseholder, you’ll report to Finance Business Partner and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and governance across our leaseholder and estate management accounts. You’ll lead on month-end processes, produce insightful management reports, and provide clear commentary to support decision-making at all levels.

This is a varied and influential role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business partnering and making a real impact.

Skills and Experience Needed

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) with strong experience in preparing, presenting and approving management accounts, developing financial controls, and working closely with stakeholders in a business partnering capacity. You’ll have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and turn it into clear, meaningful insights for non-finance audiences. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. You’ll also bring strong communication and influencing skills, with experience supporting decision-making and delivering a high standard of customer-focused financial services.
