- Proven track record in specification sales within the construction or roofing sector (building envelope, waterproofing, or related products)
- A strong network of Architects, Specifiers, Surveyors, and Contractors
- Confident in managing the full sales cycle from specification through to project delivery
- Excellent technical understanding of building systems and regulations
- A proactive, results‑driven professional with outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills
Responsibilities
- Drive and secure product specifications through architectural and design practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Developers, and Surveyors
- Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding project support
- Manage pipeline opportunities and ensure projects are tracked through to completion
- Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets within your region
