We are looking for a BESS Technical Manager to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business. You will be playing a key role in the growth and development of the Battery Energy Storage Systems engineering team. This is a senior technical role with real influence, responsible for guiding engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring safe, high-quality execution as the business continues to scale.
The Details:
- Up to £55,000 basic salary
- 8am - 4.30pm
- Overtime available
- Company vehicle included

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Min. 5 years BESS industry experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Manage, mentor and support BESS Engineers within the team
- Provide technical guidance and professional development
- Develop and deliver technical training programs
- Help scale the engineering function in line with growing project pipeline
- Provide training across different levels
- Promote a strong safety-first engineering culture
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
