Maintenance Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Maintenance Manager within a Manufacturing environment
- Deliver and manage the site maintenance plan, including PPM scheduling and execution
- Lead or support capex and improvement projects
- Experienced people manager with the ability to lead and develop engineering teams
- Manage contractors, service contracts, and external suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, safety standards, and safe working practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and HSE to deliver site objectives
- Demonstrable success improving planned maintenance, reducing downtime, and improving reliability metrics
- Must have strong communication skills and be a confident people manager with proven experience leading teams within a production environment
- Strong understanding of safe working practices, contractor control, and compliance
