We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical knowledge to lead and support a number of branch engineering operations across the UK. The role involves overseeing and developing standards of maintenance, installation, reactive, and commissioning works across systems including sewage sets, HVAC systems, and submersible pumps.

Technical Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Strong electrical background
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience in FM, water utilities, or building services
- Review technical drawings, specifications and commissioning documentation
- Carry out regular job quality audits across all service and project work
- Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams and subcontractors
- Take full responsibility for the training and development of engineering staff
- Promote a strong safety culture and high-performance environment
