- Full UK Driving Licence - HGV Class C+E licence is essential
- Hold an industry recognised qualification - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
- Previous HGV mechanical experience is essential
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Excellent mechanical diagnostic skills and strong attention to detail

HGV Technician - Responsibilities
- Inspect, report, repair and service trailers, vehicles and factory transport
- Inspect and conduct pre-MOT checks to DVSA/VOSA standards
- Maintain general garage housekeeping to a high standard
- Complete all relevant paperwork in relation to the above tasks, as well as any other ad hoc duties as required
