This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, overseeing cost control, procurement, contract administration, commercial reporting and financial management, while working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors. We’re looking for someone who is confident operating across NEC and JCT contracts, comfortable having commercial conversations and negotiations, and able to identify and manage risk effectively.
