- Minimum 5 years' senior-level experience within Freight Forwarding and Customs
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, regimes and compliance
- Extensive experience within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- Strong commercial and customer service experience with a proven track record
- Experience working across international transportation and customs processes
- Good understanding of import/export processes and supply chain operations
- Experience managing customer relationships and nominated accounts

- Manage and develop existing business and relationships across nominated customer accounts
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities of named accounts
- Ensure effective and efficient working practices are maintained with customers
- Oversee service level agreements and contracts to ensure ongoing customs compliance
- Prepare and manage extensive customer reporting, including monthly customs reports
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and key stakeholders

- Work closely with supply chain management teams where applicable
