Operations Manager - The Details
- Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience

Operations Manager - Requirements
- Experience in operations or manufacturing management
- Background in food, supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or wider FMCG manufacturing
- Experience improving production processes and operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of production planning and performance management
- Experience introducing KPIs and improving ways of working
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement change
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Knowledge of relevant quality and manufacturing standards
Operations Manager - Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing operations and support the smooth running of production
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output
- Improve production planning, resource utilisation and delivery performance
- Introduce and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing activities
- Develop effective systems and processes to support future business growth
- Work closely with teams across production, quality and supply chain
- Support the development of the wider operations team and management structure
- Help drive improvements across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensure operational activities meet required quality, safety and customer standards
- Take ownership of projects and see improvements through from implementation to results
- Other duties that may be deemed the responsibility of the job
