We're looking for a BESS Engineer to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business. This is a hands-on role with both workshop and national field-based work. You will be playing a key role in the expansion of the organisation, focusing on repairs, fault-diagnosis and reactive call-outs across Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators.

Requirements & Responsibilities
- Min. 2 years hands-on experience on Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators
- Preferred: NVQ in Plant Maintenance / Electrical Engineer qualifications
- Must be flexible with national call-outs and staying away from home when required
- Experienced with Victron Systems
- Experienced with fault-finding and repairs
- Strong understanding of Electrical principles and practices
- Knowledge of System design principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
