Operations Manager – Manufacturing – Lancashire – Up to £65,000 DOEAbout the CompanyWe have been retained on an exciting Operations Manager role. This is a site-based leadership role and would suit someone who is ready to take ownership of operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will have proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on mentoring style and will have experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or production operations.The production environment is clean, semi-skilled, and focused on converting incoming bulk materials into custom-sized, value-added products.
