Engineering Site Manager – Responsibilities & Requirements

Proven experience within an FMCG environment
Developing and leading shift engineers through mentoring, appraisals and overall performance management
A consistent focus on the effective direction of the team ensuring the delivery of proactive, planned-preventative maintenance ensuring equipment and general operation can meet targets and demand
Supporting the introduction of new equipment as part of a continued drive for innovation
Through effective direction of the team, efficient reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime
Forward thinking and positive in approach
Must have strong communication skills
Collaborative working as a focus across various departments
Hands-on approach and able to lead from the front
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about continuous improvement
Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
