Requirements

  • 5-10 Years experience of active engagement with heavy industrial sites (Building products, steel, waste, recycling, agriculture, milling)
  • Compex
  • Understanding of PLC systems
  • EC&I Installations
  • Production process Panels (415v)
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery (milling, motors, conveyors, boilers, rollers, dryers)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all breakdowns are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carrying out electrical checks, maintenance & repairs where required.
  • Perform routine and non-routine preventative maintenance tasks without supervision.
  • Ensuring that mechanical and electrical spares stocks are maintained and reported.
  • Making scheduled checks on mechanical and non-mechanical parts.
  • To ensure all Health and Safety protocols and Compliance policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
