We are recruiting for a Senior Specifications Technologist to join an incredible FMCG business in North Wales. This role has come about due to company expansion, they have a people-focused culture and incredible products! This is a Monday-Friday role with the opportunity for hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be engaging, dynamic and have proven experience dealing with leading retailers. You will be collaborative and will support members of the specifications team.

Specifications Technologist - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have experience dealing with leading retailers
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of retailer requirements and codes of practices
- Supplier specification approval and onboarding
- Management and administration of retailer systems
- Reviewing and approving artwork design, content, CAD references etc.
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight turnaround times
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to workload
- Confident in approach to building and developing relationships
- Completing cross-check processes with the NPD team
- Will be involved in pre and post-launch reviews
