You'll be working for a global, market-leading LEV systems specialist, known for its excellent service, products and high-quality systems, supplied to a wide range of industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has spent 1-2 years in the HVAC/LEV industry as a Fitters Mate, installing ductwork systems and/or local exhaust ventilation systems. Where required, on-site training will be provided along with funded industry qualifications and job progression opportunities.
Fitters Mate - The Details- Up to Β£29,000 basic salary
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (plus additional days with time served)
- Overtime available
- Company vehicle included
- Work wear, PPE and tools provided
- Excellent job security working for a reputable, global market-leading LEV specialist
- Must have 1-2 years of ductwork installation experience
- Assisting in the installation of ductwork for local exhaust ventilation systems
- Working to engineering drawings, risk assessments, and method statements
- Obtaining health and safety/site training
- Completing installations within the time allocated
- Help resolve any problems during installation
- Must be a reliable and committed individual
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and telephone) with staff, suppliers and customers
- Pride in work to ensure every installation is completed to a high standard
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Efficient problem-solving skills
