Paying up to £32,000
40 hour contract

Training & Development opportunities Purchasing Administrator – Responsibilities & Requirements
Manage purchasing and ordering of packaging, raw materials, and consumables
Handle supplier invoice queries and maintain accurate purchase documentation
Process order acknowledgements, delivery notes, and purchase orders
Arrange delivery and handling of raw materials, including export documentation
Support stock control processes, including assisting with stock takes and reconciliation
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
Maintain and update the approved supplier list
Book in/out raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Support the Head of Nutrition/Buying with ad-hoc purchasing and admin tasks
Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a similar purchasing or administrative role
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive approach, with a drive to improve processes and deliver results
