About the company

Our client is a national food manufacturer with eight specialist sites across the UK, who is looking to add a Shift Process Operator. Reporting to the Production Manager, in this hands-on role, you\’ll work across all production disciplines, operating key areas of our blend and press plants, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage of the process.

Previous experience in a production or process plant environment.
Knowledge of plant operations or milling processes.
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
A commitment to continuous improvement and efficient resource use. Process Operator – Responsibilities

Operate and monitor blending and pressing equipment to meet production targets.
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safe working practices at all times.
Carry out first-level fault finding and assist in rectifying production issues.
Complete data transfers and maintain accurate production records (OEE, SAP, etc.).
Conduct routine maintenance and keep the mill clean and organised in line with 5S principles.
Work collaboratively as part of the shift team to achieve operational goals. About Us
