Requirements & Responsibilities
- Appropriate qualifications/training certificates in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A logical mindset
- Carry out repairs as per job card/instructions
- Work confidently across both LCV and HGV
- Remove dents and strip damaged areas of the vehicle
- Weld new or repaired panels into place
- Undertake some light fabrication where required
- Ensure the finished repair matches the rest of the vehicle, or prepare the surface for re-spray
- Complete accurate job records
