We have partnered with a high-end, premium design and manufacturing business, supplying within various luxury sectors. Every piece is built to order, finished to the highest specification and delivered in a lot of demanding environments globally.

We are on the lookout for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of the outbound shipping function. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse, projects and sales teams and will take each project from the point of fulfillment completion through to shipping and installation.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Hands on experience with international shipping, freight forwarding and export logistics
  • Confidence working across courier portals (DHL, FedEx, K&N etc.) and customs paperwork
  • Must have strong admin skills and high attention to detail
  • Commercially minded in approach - Understanding all quotes etc.
  • Requoting shipping costs against sales quotes, protecting project margin
  • Responsible for creating shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, pallet labels and customs paperwork
  • Managing shipping invoice disputes
  • Dealing with coordinating third-party shipping partners such as DHL and K&N
  • Dealing with damage issues arising from transit
  • Reporting on shipping spend and raising shipping POs
  • Dealing with prep work for the install team including site reports, install specifics, access info etc.
  • Must have strong communication skills, work ethic and a positive attitude!
