- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Multimodal Export Operator - Requirements
- Previous experience within freight forwarding or export operations
- Experience with freight forwarding systems and customs procedures would be advantageous
- A good working knowledge of at least two transport modes (air, sea or road freight)
- Experience preparing export documentation and customs clearances
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Multimodal Export Operator - Responsibilities
- Manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Coordinate the full shipment lifecycle, including tracking and invoicing
- Prepare quotations across multiple modes of transport, including air, sea and road freight
- Complete customs clearance documentation in line with current regulations
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and shipment requests
- Liaise with customers, carriers, transport providers and overseas partners
- Ensure all operational activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the shipment process
- Work collaboratively within a busy operations team to ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved
