Deta Electrical in Luton is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee inbound, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities in a fast-paced environment.
You will supervise Warehouse Operatives, prioritise workloads and drive safety, accuracy and on-time performance.
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Shift Manager, you will champion continuous improvement, support WMS enhancements and foster a culture of positive teamwork, quality and customer service.
