Job Scope
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both the Goods In and Picking & Packing operations, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement of stock throughout the warehouse.
This role is responsible for leading the warehouse team, maintaining service levels, achieving operational KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across both functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily Picking & Packing operation for Wholesale, Irish and Export customer orders, ensuring orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
- Supervise the Goods In operation, including the unloading and receipt of containers, LCL deliveries, small parcel deliveries and customer returns.
- Ensure all daily operational KPIs are achieved, identifying risks early and escalating issues where necessary.
- Lead by example, promoting high standards of productivity, accuracy, quality and teamwork throughout the warehouse.
- Plan and coordinate labour resources across both operational areas to meet changing business demands and priorities.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Administration team to ensure the smooth distribution of pick lists, prompt resolution of operational queries, accurate stock movements and effective replenishment planning.
- Collaborate with the Stock Control team to maintain and improve inventory accuracy through robust operational processes.
- Liaise with the Rework team to ensure stock drops are completed promptly and finished goods are removed from the mezzanine in line with operational requirements.
- Monitor workflow throughout the shift, reallocating resources where required to maximise efficiency and customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity and service levels, raising recommendations with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, Environmental and Company policies and procedures, promoting a safe working culture at all times.
- Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and remain competent in operational procedures, health and safety requirements, and company standards.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment and MHE required for daily operations is available, fit for purpose and reported for maintenance when necessary.
- Carry out regular performance coaching, one-to-one discussions and constructive feedback to support colleague development and accountability.
- Support investigations into operational issues, stock discrepancies and customer service failures, implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all warehouse areas, ensuring a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Support the Operations Manager with operational planning, shift handovers and the implementation of business improvement initiatives.
